Drawing upon a wealth of experience in the field of public education, Robin W. Andrews provides guidance to school boards and other education and governmental clients on a broad array of topics including employment and tenure, Open Meetings Act and other boardsmanship issues, students’ rights and due process, desegregation, special education, policy review and development, discrimination law and other federal statutory and regulatory law. Robin served 12 years as a public school teacher prior to attending law school. Following five years of civil practice with an emphasis on employment law, Robin returned to the public school arena, serving more than 16 years as full time in-house legal counsel for Calhoun County Schools before accepting her present position.
