Burgin H. Kent, Of Counsel

Burgin Kent has spent the better part of his career litigating for public clients. Mr. Kent has worked with the firm's public clients with a focus on tenure and civil service hearings, federal and state civil employment litigation, arbitrations, and utility board representation.  As of March 30, 2022, Mr. Kent has assumed a part-time of counsel role with the firm.
