Samantha Smith

 Samantha spent nearly a decade on Capitol Hill as a staffer in the House  and Senate before returning to Alabama to earn her law degree. She  focuses her practice on defending public and private education  employers against discrimination claims brought under Title VII, Title  IX, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in  Employment Act, the Family Education and Privacy Rights Act, and the Family and Medical Leave Act. Samantha is an accomplished public speaker, having presented on dozens of employment related topics to HR  Professionals throughout the state.
